Research On Quick Response Mechanism Of Garment Industry Supply Chain Based On Service-oriented Manufacturing

China is the largest garment producer and consumer in the world,the development of China's garment industry has greatly promoted the development of China's national economy.However,in recent years,China's garment industry is in trouble,the fundamental reason is the serious mismatch between the traditional mode of garment industry and the rapidly changing market demand.In such situation,market-oriented transformation is important for China's garment industry.The theory of Service-oriented manufacturing,which focus on market demand and promote the integration of products and services,can provide the idea and direction for the transformation of garment industry.In addition,quick response is important for garment industry to respond to rapidly changing demand,and it also is the inevitable requirement for Service-oriented manufacturing.Therefore,the research on quick response mechanism of garment industry supply chain based on Service-oriented manufacturing,is essential for the transformation of garment industry.Based on Service-oriented manufacturing theory,Quick response theory and Supply-Chain Operations Reference-model,this paper discusses the implementation of quick response in the garment industry supply chain.Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation of the garment industry to finds out the problem and the reason behind it.Secondly,based on Service-oriented manufacturing,this paper analyzes the supply chain of garment industry,and finds out the goal and method for the construction of quick response mechanism.The method includes two elements:one is designing the garment industry supply chain process based on SCOR;the other is analyzing the cooperation and behavior between supply chain node,which includes consumer,designer,garment factory,fabric factory and raw material factory.Finally,combined with H company case,this paper analyzes the feasibility of quick response mechanism of the garment industry supply chain,and uses the SCOR model to verify the effect,which demonstrates the effectiveness of the fast response mechanism.This paper aims to effectively help the garment industry to solve the problems under the traditional model,enhance the level of supply chain management and competitiveness,and access to economic benefits.At the same time,proposing a targeted transformation support scheme in order to make service-oriented manufacturing implementation in the garment industry.
