Analysis On The Users Of Agricultural Land And Construction Land By The Deterrence Dynamic Games Theory

By the acceleration of urbanization process of our country, demand for more and more land resources used as construction land. So non-construction land have to be changed into construction land. Generally speaking, agricultural land is widely distributed over the flat areas, and it is more economical method to be changed into construction land by agricultural land than other ways, it can get more benefit from on it. So agricultural land is the first choice to be changed into construction land. However, it will harm to the benefit of the agricultural land, so conflicts will be happened between construction land and agricultural land.Construction land is necessary to people, and the living standard has been raised continuously, better living environment is needed, it must improve the construction of infrastructure, so the amount of construction land will keep growing. Generally speaking, construction land's value is higher than agricultural land's, from this point, more construction land, more benefit.But, agricultural land is necessary to people, too. It provides us all kinds of farm and sideline products, meanwhile, we need more and more farm and sideline products because of the increasing population, so we have to think about how to deal with the conflict of the lack of agricultural land and the supply of farm sideline products.The conflict has happened between construction land and agricultural land accompanied with urbanizantion process, how to deal with the conflict is the most important question for us, and a lot of scholars have spent many energy on it. This thesis tries to probe into the question from the land use scale of agricultural land and construction land by dynamic game model of the tripartite extended deterrence with incomplete information. Analysis the regularity of the tactics of them and the equilibrium state. Then evaluating the new plan of land utilization based on the conclusion which be given by the game analysis, and some useful advice can be used in the new plan of land utilization.This thesis includes three parts:Part one:exordium(chapter one), correlation theory about game strategy(chapter two). In chapter one, some related research methods and concepts are given, and talk about the significance of the research, the progress of the thesis. In chapter two, some concepts about game theory will be introduced.Part two:the process of game theory analysis between agricultural land and construction land will be given in chapter three, and we can see the game theory acts on the agricultural land and construction land of Gui Chi district, Chi Zhou city, An Hui province(chapter four).Part three:conclusion and comment(chapter five). The analysis about the results of the game to agricultural land and construction land, and the feasibility report for the game theory be used in the new plan of land utilization.
