Research On The Mode Of Urban Land Expansion-Based On Wuhan

The study conducted and reported in this work in writing is one that examines the influence of urban sprawl and that seeks to answer specific questions concerning the contradiction that exists in land management and the contradiction of the to land natural resources demand in economic society progress and protection philanthropy on the development of a business. The methodology employed in this study is that of literature review which involves the review of available and pertinent literature in this area of study.Following an extensive review of literature this study states findings and conclusions.Through this research, aiming at the above in wuhan city as an example, a series of problems on concrete content as follows:First of all, the domestic and foreign relevant research status is analyzed. Summary of the research covers foreign related work less, expanding rule is the main research contents, including how to control measures and controlling the expansion of influence, and relevant decisions and model were discussed. But in China the research content involves cities of law on the expansion of land expansion, and controlled the importance of urban expansion control measures, the effects of such aspects of the preliminary study. Regarding the urban sprawl in foreign countries with expansion control mode, research has a mature establishes a relatively complete theoretical system in China, and scholars' research direction will focus mainly on urban sprawl in dynamic regularity, land expansion in the perfect control measures, existing land expansion in aspects of the performance analysis control measures. And in the research methods and theory also waits for further deepening and the consummation.Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation of urban land resources in wuhan, by analyzing the supply and demand of wuhan city land resources and wuhan economic and social development, and probes into the situation of wuhan city land use policy and goals, land use structure adjustment and land utilization spatial layout, of arable land and basic farmland protection, land use control, land renovation major engineering, key construction projects, land ecological environment protection and planning enforcement guarantee measures. At the same time, this paper in different periods of land expansion in wuhan model analysis; this paper discussed the wuhan urban sprawl pattern development trend. From different periods of urban land structure changes look, wuhan land for residential construction land proportion of rapid rises.Finally, the paper tries to multiple levels of wuhan city land area points in space and driven model using analysis for how to use of urban land expansion drive mode implementing control to provide ideas. Discusses the recent years of land expansion in wuhan city spatial variability and drive mode, and wuhan urban sprawl of quantitative analysis driven model. Research shows that, the main driving force on wuhan urban sprawl affect including economic factors, population factors, technical factors, policy system. Different regions in wuhan city land intensive use space differentiation are relatively obvious, the excessive utilization and intensive utilization and extensive use coexist. Therefore, in practice, should make full use of urban land intensive use regional differentiation rule control urban expansion.
