With the development of the revolution of the market-economy system and the emerging of the international companies, competition is more intense which makes the building of marketing channels from the enterprises to end users more important. But the high cost of the channels has become serious problems in terms of the company channels management. In the field of LED illumination, with the development of technology, the capacity of market is bigger, so dose the function of channels. However, how to control cost and form the key competitiveness of the company marketing channels have been the important issues.Based on the generally elaborating the theory of the marketing channels management and the cost control, this paper analyses current condition of and major cost problems of the WL illumination marketing channels. In addition, the paper conducts the channels-improving design through adopting the way of Direct Definition Judge and the theory of cost control. Moreover, it also takes the way of balancing elements toe theatrically evaluate channels that endow the new channels with low cost. Meanwhile, the paper points out that management of channels-improving should include the channel members'choice, motivation, appraising and channels conflicts and so on in order to enhance the WL Illumination company'key competitiveness and build ideal channel advantages. It hopes that this paper can have some active effects on the Chinese LED illumination and provide practical suggestion for the design and management of the marketing channels in other fields.
