Winning channels, changes in the marketing environment, and national energy saving and environmental protection requirements need China’s lighting electrical sales enterprises to change the original mode of operation, especially the transformation of the original marketing mode, for effective design and management of marketing channels, to deal with the external market environment change.The key to the management of marketing channel is to enable consumers to obtain the products or services that meet their needs in the appropriate time and place.Based on the research of domestic and international literature, the paper uses modern marketing theory to study the marketing channel design and management of Kunming X Lighting Electric Co., Ltd, which aims to improve the market share of lighting products, improve the market share of industrial lighting products in Yunnan.
