Research On Employees' Incentive Issue Of Transportation Industry In Shanxi

This paper studied the incentive of transportation industry employees in Shanxi Province,this paper analyzes the concrete situation of Shanxi transportation industry, and get the incentive demand of the employees by the questionnaire survey, and SPSS analysis result, and then based on theoretical and the needs of the employees, by the literature study, questionnaire survey, empirical analysis and normative analysis and other methods. According to the actual situation of Shanxi Province and proposed the main countermeasures in order to set up a attracting traffic talents and keep traffic talent incentive mechanism.The basic conclusion that the paper mainly get are : traffic industry in Shanxi Province first should address employee "existence", establishing flexible salary system; Secondly the attention to staff's "growing demand," provide staff the variety of rising channel; Finally to meet employee "relationship", open up and down demand communication mechanism ".Transportation is human social production and the life an indispensable link, is the important part of the national economy, is the development of local economy basic needs and prerequisites. The studies in order to promote the progress of science and technology, and speed up the traffic transportation industry structure adjustment, and for the development of productive forces, especially for the traffic successfully completed the "Twelve Five" planning ,have provide the solid backing, has the important practical significance.
