In the integration of the world economy social background, the Chinese economy and the world contact deepening, especially with China's economic development, the economy has been strengthened, continually improve the ability of people consumption, consumption society as adjuncts of globalization has quietly come to China. and rationality, meanwhile, consumerism as a consumer society, the social values features brought huge conflict, consumerism not by consumer market development, make people's consumption idea has undergone earth-shaking changes, and has gradually to consumer individual and consumer groups outlook, outlook, values etc ideology undergoing profound influence, led to social values collide with the conflict, as this conflict, the protruding and sharp to social stability and harmonious development cause certain negative effects, give people's awareness and value orientation brought many confused. This paper includes the following four aspects of content:The first part, this paper expounds the theory of values and value conflicts. Simply introduces values and value conflicts of the connotation and characteristics. Values refers to human as the main objective existence of the evaluation and opinions, values have subjectivity, stability, heredity, historic etc. Characteristics.
