Research On Transformation Of Economic Development And Construction Of Resource-saving And Environment-friendly Society

The transformation of economic development mode and the construction of two-oriented society is a significant strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee under the theoretical guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development, which based on the objective reality of the economic development of our society; it is also an urgent strategically task which related to the overall situation of national economy. The transformation of economic development mode and the construction of two-oriented society share inherent unification. It is the objective requirement of the scientific concept of development to take the practice of promoting construction of two-oriented society. This thesis is focus on the theoretical study of the transformation of economic development mode and the construction of two-oriented society, thereby it will provide some theoretical direction for the practice in these aspects.Although the theory of accelerating the transformation of economic development mode has been put forward for several years already, there are still many problems. The primary cause is that we had failed to grasp the principal contradiction in the factual practice of this theory. The content of transformation of the mode of economic development is extensive, the main contradiction is turn the traditional mode of economic development which waste resources and damage the environment into a new mode which save resources and friendly to the environment, that is to say, the key point of the transformation of the mode of economic development must be based on the construction of two-oriented society. The first part of this paper analyzed the connotation of the transformation of economic development mode and the construction of two-oriented society from the perspective of economics; the second part of this paper expounds that the construction of two-oriented society is a key point of the transformation of economic development mode and clarifies the relationship between them. The third part analyzes the key point of the transformation of economic development mode and the construction of two-oriented society; the fourth part summarizes foreign experience and revelation of the transformation of economic development mode and construction two-oriented society; the fifth part constructs the evaluation system of the transformation of economic development mode and the construction of two-oriented society; the sixth part puts forward specific measures to practice the idea of the transformation of economic development mode and the construction of two-oriented society. According to the study of this thesis, we hope to make the leaders know clear that only if we change the traditional development mode could we achieve the goal of two-oriented society; at the same time, to make them know clear their own obligation and responsibility and know how to promote the actual effect of this task by improving the institution, system and specific policies and finally make saving resources and protecting environment become a self-conscious behavior.
