Weighted Fuzzy Clustering Analysis And Fuzzy Recognition Of Enterprises' Knowledge Workers Based On AHP

In the fiercely competitive market today, classifying knowledge workers effectively is a basic task for enterprises to manage the knowledge workers such as recruitment, training, configuration, evaluation and motivation, and is the key for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. However, on one hand, to keep pace with the sharply changing business situation, products or services that enterprises provide have shown the characteristics of diversity and personalization. On the other hand, knowledge workers are increasingly in pursuit of lifelong learning, so they improve quickly and show dynamic characteristics accordingly. Thus we should resort to dynamic classification methods. In addition, knowledge workers don't have definite identification on generic features, so the classification of them is suitable for soft classification. The main achievements and contents include the follows.(1) Introduce the research background, purpose and significance briefly. Conclude the conception of knowledge workers, and review the related research condition of knowledge workers classification and fuzzy thinking in the management fields according to which innovation of this paper is raised.(2) Build combined path of the research technique. Combine specification research with empirical research, qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis in order to make the conclusion more scientific and canonical. Calculate weights of each classification indicator by AHP, and then cluster the weighted data based on fuzzy clustering analysis, so get several kinds of classification. Finally sort other research object to certain category above according to fuzzy recognition.(3) Establish the model of fuzzy clustering analysis and fuzzy recognition of enterprise'knowledge workers based on AHP, and take G Technology Co. Ltd as an example for discussing the classification and recognition of the knowledge workers, which shows the high efficiency and effectiveness of the methods introduced.Finally,the whole research contents are summarized,and further research directions are indicated.
