Study On Inner Mongolia Pastoral Areas Community And Community Tourism Development

Tourism is a new industry which has great relevance and promotion. Party committee and government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have paid great importance to the tourism development and regarded it as a new growth point of economic development in pastoral areas. In order to improve the life quality and the environmental conditions of pastoral communities, the party and government have invested a lot to infrastructure, tourism planning, market development and other aspects. Tourism has become one of the most effective ways to optimize the economic structure, build a harmonious society and a socialist new rural. Nowadays, the transformation of tourism has played a prominent role in economic development. Under this background, the "pastoral community tourism" comes into existence. Currently, no one knows this subject of pastoral communities in tourism. To study the issue can combine the community development in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia and tourism, which will make the research more targeted and effective.Full-text consists of three parts, introduction, body and conclusion. The introduction includes the background and significance of the topic selection, research situation and methods and topic selection purpose The body consists of three parts. The first part explains the the concept of community and pastoral communities and illustrates the historical process of community development and the basic characteristics of pastoral communities. The community tourism development in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia were systematically analyzed in the second part. Firstly, the establishment of the Herdsman Cooperation Organization is a prerequisite for development. We will explain the community tourism resources in Inner Mongolia pastoral areas and discuss the shortages existed now. In the third part, After referencing and comparing to the domestic typical community tourism development, we will bring out a new model named "Government, Community and herdsmen" and proposed ways to develope the Pastoral communities Tourism. At last, the current community tourism development in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia still has a long way to go both in theory and in practice. Community tourism development plays an important role in sustainable development. It is an effective way to improve the living standards and promote the construction and development in pastoral communities.
