On The Status Ouo, Problem And Countermeasure Of Banking In Inner Mongolia Rural And Pastoral Areas

China is a big agricultural country. The rapid development of the rural economy is harmonious, healthy and rapid development of national economy. At present, Chinese agriculture has been in a relatively backward state and farmers’income level has still increased slowly. Many reasons lead to this phenomenon. First and foremost, shortage of funds is the most important factor. Finance is the core of modern economy, rural finance is an important part of modern finance. Rural finance plays an increasingly significant role of rural economic and social development. Since the reform, me rural financial has achieved obvious results in system reform and many other aspects, the rural financial has greatly developed. In recent years, the economy of Inner Mongolia entered a stage of rapid development, the government and financial institutions increased support for the rural pastoral area in policy and money. Although support for rural pastoral area of Inner Mongolia agriculture credit funds growth ratio is larger, but still have large gap compared with the eastern coastal developed regions. At present, Inner Mongolia is in a critical period of economic and social transformation. With the rapid development of marketization, industrialization and urbanization in our country, a profound changes have taken place in the rural pastoral areas of economic and social structure. In the process of this kind of change and transformation, the original rural financial system can’t adapt to meet the needs of the current rural economic and social development in pastoral areas, and seriously restricted the solution of the agriculture and animal husbandry problem, not only affects the rural and pastoral areas economic and social development, but also has a negative impact on the social stability. Therefore, at the situation of the Inner Mongolia rural economic and social structure transformation, to depth study the rural and pastoral area financial development present situation and problems, to seek the path of financial development in rural pastoral area scientificly, conducive to speed up the rural pastoral area’s economic and social development, agriculture production and farmers and herdsmen income continuously. Throughout the research results at home and abroad, the rural pastoral area financial research focuses on macroscopic research like the relationship between financial development and economic growth, reason analysis of financial development lag, the strategy of financial service system establishment, but less literature in western underdeveloped region. It has a certain application value to carry out the empirical research to the rural pastoral area of Inner Mongolia financial development present situation, existing problems on the basis of Inner Mongolia economic and financial development data. Application this paper, the economic development and the related theory of financial development, analysis of the Inner Mongolia rural financial development, reveals main problems of rural finance in Inner Mongolia, on this basis, further according to the demand point of view, based on the investigation to the farmers and herdsmen borrowing behavior, analyzes the basic features of Inner Mongolia rural financial demand and its influencing factors, to explore the effective ways to promote the financial development of the rural pastoral area of Inner Mongolia...
