Research On Mode Of Intellectual Property Pledge Financing In Scientific And Technological Enterprise

In today's knowledge economy era, with the rapid development of scientific technology and the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, scientific and technological enterprises play the more and more important role in economic development of China, as an important source of the improvement of comprehensive national power and advantage, the development of scientific and technological enterprises is important to the future of national economy. Science and finance has become the "Tine Engines" as a powerful driving force in the development of economy. However, as to the present situation, financial support in China for science and technology is far from attaining the demand of development, becoming the bottleneck. On October 31st 2006, the country's first intellectual property pledge financing for small and medium-sized enterprise was born in Beijing, which broke the ice of intellectual property pledge financing for small and medium-sized enterprise and provide a new way to solve financing problem of scientific and technological enterprises. But scientific and technological enterprises need a set of operating modes when taking advantages of intellectual property pledge financing, n fact, intellectual property pledge financing has just begun in China and its mode should be improved constantly. This paper carries on a research in this context.By using literature research, comparative research and survey research, this paper deeply analyzes operating mode of domestic and international intellectual property pledge financing and get some helpful enlightenment, and then combining with the actual situation in our country, proposes optimized model of intellectual property pledge financing for scientific and technological enterprises. This mode also designs the functions of various agencies of optimized model, then puts forward some measures to prevent the risk of each department, finally through the strengthening operating environment construction of optimized model to ensure optimized model of intellectual property pledge financing for scientific and technological enterprises running effectively.The innovation of this paper is the optimized model of intellectual property pledge financing for scientific and technological enterprises.
