Research On Export Credit Insurance In Post Finance Crisis

As one of the troika drove for economic growth, export trade has a crucial role for a country's economic growth. China has been used the export tax refund policy to promote trade growth, however, for high fast economic development of today, risk of exporter's remittance collection is increasing sharply, and it's not much to simply rely on export tax refund policy to promote the volume of foreign trade. More importantly, since eruption of the financial crisis, competition in international trading market is more and more fierce, most of our export interruptions are bound to take greater credit risks. Therefore, it's significative for easing exporting enterprises'risk from trade settlement to improving the Export Credit Insurance System.Export Credit Insurance is intended to provide credit risk insurance for export companies, and to decrease exporting risk and operating costs, thereby export trade can be carried out smoothly.This paper analyzes risks from international market faced by exporters. And now, credit risk has become the most important factor to block the international trade develop smoothly. The credit risk has become the primary factor to block international trade development. Firstly, this paper analyzes the credit risk faced by our domestic export co operations. Aimed at harsh situation, this paper states necessities to cover credit insurance for exporters. After detailed introduction of export credit insurance, this paper presents export credit insurance features and functions with the finance crisis background. And then, this paper analyzes export credit insurance creatures in some countries in the background of post finance crisis, mutually reinforcing relationship between export credit insurance and international trades and problems from the use of export credit insurance. This paper underlies import ants of coving export credit insurance to exporters from comparing analyzing. At last, this paper provides suggestions to and China Export & Credit Insurance Cooperation, export co operations and the government separately.
