Research On The Development Of International Finance Leasing In China

Leasing is a common economic activity that stems from a contradiction distributing of resources. Financial leasing is a very important form of leasing, known as capital leasing, also belonged to one of modern leases. The first appearance of financial leasing industry (FLI) has been fifty years from 1950s in the United States. This new form of fund-raising, gaining capital leasing by object leasing, was favored quickly in the business community and then adopted by many countries worldwide. Now financial leasing has become the second-largest fund-raising methods only to loan credit in international investment of equipment.China financial leasing industry started in the reform and opening up, and developed with the construction of socialist market economy. Although China FLI has had an unusual development, there have been a lot of obstacles. The current situation of China FLI is still inconsistent with the economic globalization and the rapid development of domestic economy. This research used quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, and study position and function of FLI in domestic economy, analyzing the problems of China FLI and making feasible suggestion will be beneficial of development of China FLI.This research has five parts. Chapter One introduces the background and significance finance of research, methods and innovation of research, and reviews the opinions in domestic and abroad. Chapter two gives a brief account of basic theories, introduces the definition, the classical theory of international finance leasing. Chapter three presents the development of international finance leasing in domestic and abroad, especially detailed analysis this situation of China, provides a good foundation for the response. Chapter four analysis mode of international finance leases from the perspective of traditional and modern points and presents usage patterns. Chapter five reflects rationally problems during the development of China FLI, especially from the perspective of the micro and macro, and puts forward a proposal about the sustainable development of China including grasping the development trend of FLI, launching the organizational Creation of FLI and providing a favorable environment of development of FLI.
