These organizations bring to our country finance order threaten greatly, in order to maintenance financial stability and to promote economic development, our government has promoted of a configuration of organization, which is micro-credit company. Although the micro-credit company solution finances difficult partly, it also has the congenital flaw, which can not save. We think that the micro-credit company adopts the great proportion debt financing only when its asset special-purpose are low. Because of the deposit contract's particularity, the organizations which want to adopt take deposit not only has low property special-purpose, but also has the strong operation managed capacity. Therefore, the micro-credit company which want to transfer to the county bank, must reduce property special-purpose, and sharpens own operation managed capacity.
