This paper has introduced definition of logistics and logistical demand and logistical prediction, forecasted logistical requirement by gray model. Elaborated logistical information management theory and logistical information system theory, evaluated logistical information system by the unascertained set. Introduced modes of logistical activities, probed the mode of logistical public information platform, proposed the supply chain information system mode. Analyzed cloud computing architecture model, compared logistical information grid architecture and cloud computing architecture. Proposed FCPS information system architecture, FIRST logistical dispatching service platform, Korean synthesized logistics information center service mode and shanghai logistical public information platform architecture. Studied logistical public information platform architecture, based on this theory, proposed the logic architecture of cloud computing logistical public information platform, constructed logistical public information platform architecture based on cloud computing.Logistical informatization is required by circumstances, build logistical information platform is the key and core of logistics to achieve informatization at present. The orientation of build logistical information platform is standardization and innovation. The trouble is to adopt platform mode to achieve virtuous circle of logistical public information platform, thereby, to integrate the service function. To build logistical public information platform need to carry out comprehensive demand analysis, to provide'one station'logistical information service. Cloud computing provide a new train of thought and a mode for build logistical public information platform, it start to demand of user, network resources as service provide to user by software provider and platform operation. Essentially, logistical public information platform provides different level information service for different user such as different government branches and different company users.
