Green supply chain improves the harmony between people and environment. The purpose of green supply chain cost recycling is based on the relationships of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products in enterprises of green supply chain. It re-use the resources by handling reuse, improving resource utilization based on the green supply chain costs and improving supply chain efficiency and benefits. So the study of green supply chain cost recycling optimization for green supply chain enterprises has very important significance.This article first surveys of the research situation and its problems, introducing the concept of green supply chain, features, and on this basis, explaining the cost of green supply chain structure and the concept of cost recycling; secondly, according to the green supply chain cost management, analyses the cost recycling of green supply chain from the reusing of resource and the maximum amount of recycling and establishes the corresponding optimization model; thirdly, on the basis of the genetic algorithm, analyses the immune genetic algorithm for solving steps; Finally, optimize green steel industry supply chain cost-recycling mode using the immune genetic algorithm, and compare the results with genetic algorithm optimization results to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and provide a new approach and methods for the recovery of green supply chain optimization.
