| Under the environment of construction supply chain, the inventory management of main materials in construction projects is very disordered, so it is often to manage it with the help of experience. For a competitive enterprise, certain constraints are required for its all activities to ensure normal operation or maximum profit,this paper study the optimization of inventory problems for construction under the environment of supply chain.Based on the analysis of the way of construction materials’ classification and methods of inventory management that adopted,in accordance with the methods of scientific research,designed the process for contents of this study,from the perspective of supply chain, this paper put forward the elements of inventory cost for construction supply chain,and, combine demanders and suppliers of building materials after taking classic EOQ(Economic Order Quantity) theory and supply chain into account.Considering two extreme inventory management ways of construction materials that order goods every times and order goods one time of construction materials, this article adopt the objective function that inventory cost is minimum, and build general mathematical model of inventory cost for construction materials in construction supply chain. In addition, this article use variable ordering method of(0 1)strategy and quantitatively establish a model of inventory cost in construction supply chain.Then,the optimal solution that order point and order quantity can be get to decide the minimum inventory cost in construction supply chain through applying binary encoding method in genetic algorithms to above masterly model.Further, the case in line with actual conditions is designed in order to check the correctness, scientificalness rationality, objectivity and applicability of the model.The model can be converted into compliable program and used into matlab software.There are several scientific calculations and tests followed. Useful conclusions has emerged after comparing with the calculation results of two extreme ordering model.At last,we are summarized the model building and model solutions according to the research content,at the same time,the article propose further research direction and make suggestions for improvement from three terms that the defects of genetic algorithm itself(including operation time and the complexity of the program), necessary restricts for the model(the first and the last column of the offspring individuals are forced to 1) and the disadvantages of inventory cost management in supply chain(the minimum cost is impactful for benefits distribution).The article is of value for managing the inventory cost of whole supply chain and is helpful to reduce inventory cost in supply chain. |
