Visitors are the subject of tourism whose satisfaction is the source of maintaining and increasing tourist flows. Therefore, satisfaction has become an indicator to measure the quality of tourism destinations and gain more and more concern of scholars and attention of tourism practitioners. Tourism in Kashgar is showing an unprecedented prosperity with the support of Uygur folk culture and government-led policy of vigorous development. However, the rapid development we have seen a number of issues, including the more obvious question which is: The cultural differences between the tourists and the residents of tourism destination affected the degree of tourist satisfaction. This question greatly reduces the domestic tourists'enthusiasm of travel and ultimately blocks the development of tourism in Kashgar.So far, the research on tourist satisfaction at home and abroad mainly focuses on the impact of factors of tourist satisfaction, evaluation and so on, but factors on the cultural differences of satisfaction are few. This innovative method of using a regional study making the seven geographic regions in China as the research object of in bound tourists , being based on the seven regional tourist satisfaction data, using the theory fuzzy of comprehensive evaluation ultimately come to the relationship between degree of satisfaction and cultural differences through computing satisfaction and cultural distance. According to the impact of cultural differences on satisfaction as well as regional cultural differences, make scientific and effective advice being some guidance and reference to the development of tourism in Xinjiang Kashgar .The first part is an introduction, describes the research background, concepts, research techniques and methods of route, laying the foundation for the following studies. presents the theoretical and practical significance of the research paper, and confirm the object and content of study.The second part is review of tourism which is to summarize the results of previous research, mainly about tourist satisfaction and the theory of cultural differences.Sum up that the topic content of tourist satisfaction research mainly focused on tourist satisfaction, influencing factors and evaluation system aspects through the research review about domestic and abroad tourist satisfaction. At the same time, select a suitable model for the measuring tourism satisfaction being a following basis.The review of theoretical study on cultural differences is to analysis and measurement the cultural distance; also identify the theoretical and methodological basis of the article. The related theoretical basis provides theoretical support and methodological guidance for study. The third part is the core of this article, including tourist satisfaction measurement and cultural distance measure.First, analyze the satisfaction level and regional factors from the"push"to force which is personality and motivation of tourists through the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Secondly, calculate the cultural distance between the seven and Kashgar using the method of Hofstede's cultural distance which is mainly through a combination of methods obtaining literature review and field survey.Finally, further draw the degree of influence of cultural distance to tourist satisfaction through the relationship between tourist satisfaction and cultural distance.The fourth part is a comprehensive analysis, combined with some of the survey results, analyzing the influence which cultural differences give tourist satisfaction. Conclude that there is a positive correlation between cultural distance and tourist satisfaction.The V part is to sum up the recommendations according to the conclusions above and put forward proposals and opinions for the development of tourism in Kashgar.The part VI concludes by looking at some of the analysis of the innovation and inadequacies, proposing the research directions for further suggestions and comments.
