The rapid development of world tourism has become a major feature of modern economy and the fastest growing and largest leading industry in the world's tertiary industry.Domestic tourism,inbound tourism and outbound tourism are the three main parts of Vietnam's tourism market.Tourism has become a pillar industry in Vietnam.The number of inbound tourists and the per capita consumption of tourists have increased rapidly,especially Chinese tourists.Ha Long bay in Vietnam's Guangning Province is a world tourism heritage and an internationally renowned tourist attraction.Vietnam's Guang Ninh Province and China's Guangxi Province are border areas,so it is important to improve the entry of Chinese tourists to Ha Long bay Tourist Dragon.The measurement of tourists' satisfaction reflects the scale of regional tourism development,attracting more foreigners tourists to visit and promoting the behavior of increasing consumption.The theory of tourist satisfaction is an important theoretical basis in the field of evaluation research in recent years.Tourists' perception of tourism expectation is the same as that of actual tourism,which results in different satisfaction of tourists.It is an effective way to solve the development of tourism industry by using satisfaction theory to study the development status of tourism exhibition industry.The full text has five chapters to elaborate:The first chapter is introduces the thesis of background and significance,thesis content,thesis methods and innovations,summarizes and combs the references,and puts forward the innovations and shortcomings.Chapter 2 elaborates the literature review,and summarizes the views of domestic and foreign researchers on satisfaction.Chapter three puts forward the influencing factors,system construction and index selection of tourism satisfaction.Chapter four analyses the general situation of Ha Long bay tourism development.The tourism satisfaction model of Ha Long bay is constructed,and the questionnaire is used to analyze the results of the questionnaire.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of Ha Long bay tourism.This paper takes Chinese tourists who come to Ha Long bay,Guang Ninh Province,Vietnam as the research object,focusing on the satisfaction of tourists,using the relevant knowledge of tourism satisfaction,consumer behavior theory,using questionnaire analysis and tourism marketing theory,data analysis and fuzzy evaluation analysis to study the satisfaction of inbound tourists,and discovering the current development of Ha Long bay scenic spot.Problems in the process of analysis.It is of academic value and practical significance to develop,train and build a complete tourism industry chain to promote the development of tourism in Ha Long bay,Guang Ninh Province,Vietnam.
