The market economy of China has developed rapidly during the 30 years since the reform and opening up enforced.The management experience has become more sophisticated and many enterprises have established scientific strategic goals, corporate vision and organizational structure. However, the life of Chinese enterprises is very short, and many excellent enterprises gradually decline. The execution ability has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.
