In recent years,many manufacturing industries have begun to go abroad' and transfer their industries to Southeast Asia.There are also a large number of Chinese companies entering Vietnam,because of the low cost of employment,tax incentives,policy support and many other factors,the rapid development of enterprises.However,the speed of development of some enterprises has begun to slow down gradually.It is not difficult to find through analysis.Basically,it is subject to the shackles of human resources.Therefore,if we improve the human resources management of Chinese enterprises developed in Vietnam,it is a valuable research topic.Sanqi Medical Insurance(referred to as Sanqi)is also entering Vietnam in this situation.The biggest and main problem that Sanqi encountered in the development of Vietnam is that the speed of enterprise development is constrained by the backwardness of human resource management concepts.As a senior consultant of the company,the author conducted a field visit to Sanqi for the limited development of the company,and interviewed the enterprises facing the same problems in the park.Through a large number of visits and questionnaires to analyze the four aspects of the enterprise's"education,preservation,retention,and use",the problems in the human resources management of the enterprise are finally obtained.For example,enterprises are not enough to invest in human resources management,and the system is not perfect.It directly leads to the low quality of employees and the high liquidity.Because of the lack of necessary corporate culture,training,compensation and benefits,etc.,the talent pool is insufficient..Although Sanqi has continuously improved the management and cultivation of talents in Vietnam in the past few years,the human resources situation has improved,but the shortage of high-quality talents is still one of the problems facing now and in the future.It is hoped that by introducing the causes and solutions of Sanqi's human resource management convenience problems,it can provide some reference for human resources in the foreign layout of other production and processing enterprises.
