| Changji GuangZheng power group is a multiple business of electricity enterprise, multiple business of electricity enterprise is relative to the electric major works. With the deepening of the reform of the power system, " b&t separation", "make the relationship with the electric major works norm" work has already started, GuangZheng company locates the complex environment than ever before. The main issues GuangZheng facing currently is how to realize smooth transition, how to adapt to the new situation of market system reform. This requires company must from the strategic height value to explore survival and development problems, establish scientific and reasonable development strategies.In this paper, first of all, make a brief analysis about the development status of China multiple business of electricity industry, made clear the research background. Secondly, use the strategic management analysis method to analyse the external macro environment and industry environment of GuangZheng company ,cleard opportunities and threats company faced in the course of development; Through the analysis of the present situation of internal company found advantages and disadvantages possessed. On the basis of analysis about the inner and outer environment, through SWOT matching matrixes identify alternative strategies, and using quantitative strategic plan matrix( QSPM) and combined with company resources situation presented "obtain 220KV engineering qualifications , enlarge market share in the city , establish a stable customer relationships, out-of-state market into and cooperate with TBEA " as short-term strategy , make " upriver development " as the alternative strategies in the long-term planning.Finally, this paper presents the measures to ensure implement strategies effective, mainly including corporate governance, human resource structure, incentive mechanism, enterprise culture, development business reasonable and to build a learning-oriented organization respects. |
