Research On The Restructuring Of The Business Model Of The G Nuclear Power Group's Electricity Sales Platform Under The Background Of The New Power Reform

On 15 th March 2015,Some Opinions on Further Deepen the Reform of Electric Power System(No.9 document)was issued by the State Council with 6 supporting documents,indicating the all-round fulfillment of the new electricity system reform(hereinafter referred to as new electricity reform).The main change of new electricity reform is "Three open,One independent,Three strengthening",namely: open for competitive price except for power distribution,open for new electricity placement market,open for power generation plan except for public welfare and regulatory ones;Set up a relatively independent,standardized operation of trading agent;further strengthening for government's regulation,overall planning,reliable supply and safely efficient operation of the electric power industry.As the famous domestic clean energy group oriented in nuclear power,G Nuclear Power Group Company will be profoundly impacted by new electricity reform.This thesis studies the general rule of re-construction and innovation of business mode,taking G Nuclear Power Group as an example to discuss the business mode of electricity sales platform,build a suitable electricity sales platform under the background of the new electricity reform by combining its actual situation.Using 7 factors analysis tool of Professor Liu Jun and business model canvas tool to design the business mode of electricity sales platform and marketing and financial analysis for feasibility study come to the fruitful conclusion which will contribute G nuclear power group to build a business model compatible to the new electrical reform and win the fierce competition.
