The Research On Risk Management Of Technological Innovation Of High-tech Enterprises Based On The Life Cycle

Along with changes in world economic situation, more and more countries have begun to attach importance to and develop its high-tech enterprises. They regard high-tech enterprises as the core strength of the competition in the global strategy. In this environment, our nation should advance with the times, actively encourage and develop a large number of high-tech enterprises to engage in technological innovation activities. However, the risk of technological innovation is very large; we need to study the possible risks during the innovation process.In this paper, we refer to the large number of documents and related books, introduce to the concepts of risk management of technological innovation. Then we put high-tech enterprises as the research object, combine with life cycle theory, and put forward process framework during various stages of high-tech enterprise risk management. In accordance with the four major part of the process of risk management at different stages of the life cycle, we use both qualitative and quantitative methods of risk analysis. Through the way of expert interviews and references, we identify the risk factors during five phases of the life cycle of technological innovation activities. Then through tiring to use AHP, we suggest the major risk factors at every stage, finally to focus on countermeasures.
