Risk Management Research Of Technology Innovation Of The High-tech Enterprises

In the increasingly fierce competition market environment, the key to develop steadily is to upgrade core competitiveness continuously. Technological innovation is essential to the core competitiveness, which was proved in the financial crisis in 2008. The enterprises without the core technology, will be difficult to survive in a competitive market environment, especially the high-tech enterprises that rely on technology. Therefore, our country's high-tech enterprises will take their place, as long as they take the road of independent innovation. However, for many enterprises, technological innovation involve in many and complicated taches. The procedure of technological innovation is also a procedure of benefit and risk. It is a very important problem that how to manage the risks of technological innovation to get profit.Based on the theory of the high-tech enterprise and technological innovation, this paper does some research on the high-tech enterprises, the characteristics of high-tech enterprises and the risk of technological innovation, which laid a foundation for high-tech enterprise risk management of technological innovation research. Then the paper sets up a total risk management framework, and then identifies, evaluates and responds to the risks of technological innovation based on the framework. In the forth chapter, the paper introduces the methods of risk identification and analyzes various risks in the technological innovation. In the fifth chapter, the paper sets the risk evaluating model suitable for high-tech enterprises. In the sixth chapter, the paper provided the risk coping Strategies from the innovation of high-tech enterprises, cooperator, on the reseach of the organizational structure of the high-tech enterprise.Finally, the paper proves the reseach idea and method of the risk management strongly, through technical innovation and risk FSK study.
