In a word, the farmers' problem is the core and key element to three dimensional rural issues. Jiangxi is a big agricultural province, so that over population in rural areas, large proportion, state of farmers' income level would directly influence entire provincial economic development.This paper starts from analyzing the characteristics of Jiangxi's farmers' income. There are five phases for farmers' income in 1978 to 2009. It points out that farmers' income has been changing to diversification, monetization, further extend the farmers' inner income disparity and urban residents' income disparity.Next, it analyzes the current state of Jiangxi's farmer's income, particularly in 2009. It puts forward the wage income makes the greatest contribution to the rise in farmers' income, the property and transferred income is a strong momentum, which pushes judgement. The main reasons for promoting the rise of Farmers' income are belows:first one is the whole agriculture rising as an outer engine; second one is the family income is a major element as well as an inner drive to the rise in farmers' income; thirdly, flutuating prices of agricultural products push the judgement; fourth, to strongly push benefit policies is the outer guarantee. At the sametime, the paper lists of national ranking situation of Jiangxi's farmer's income, compares to the six provinces in central China. And indicates that though Jiangxi's farmers' income leading among the six provinces for six consecutive years, the growth has slow down, and relys heavily on migrant workers' income, causes a declind to family income, weakens the income of transferred and property.Once more, this eassy comments on the major impetus for current farmers' income growth, pinpoints the mostly reasons of farmers' income growth attributes to family income, which shows clearly that fluctuating prices of agricultural products, natural disasters, unsmooth poor land transfer, low scale economy and inadequate functioning rural cooperative organization; wage income has the problem of changes in structure of rural labor supply, demand, and disconnect over demand and supply of migrant workers; property income faces the problem of small amount, non-standard land transfer and contract, low compensation for land confiscation, collective property rights unsatisfied people and so on:transferred income faces the alike problem of small amount, small compensation, and insufficient capital for the so-called food-staff province and so on. In conclusion, we can get some advice for promotion of farmers' income. Firstly, make suitable rectification for industrial structure, stabilize and increase prices for agricultural products, cultivate farming and leading enterprises, support agricultural cooperative organizations, advance intensive management and improve agricultural products sales, which over the base of family income; secondly, enhance farmers' diathesis and skill training, actively expand inner demand, breed the rate of income over the base of wage income; thirdly, orderly standardize land transfer, transparentize rural collective economy over the base of property income; lastly, magnify the support to land transfer in big agricultural province, increase grain subsidy, make a good preparation for disaster prevention and so on.
