The Study For The Problem Of Employment Of Land-lost Farmers On The Outskirts

In recent years, along with the pace of China's urbanization is speeding up gradually, farmers' land is expropriated which results in large amounts of land-lost farmers, and the problems of land-lost farmers are related to the rural stability and the sustainable development of society. QiaoBao Town in Huhhot appears a large number of land-lost farmers as "village inside city" project is proceeding. Facing up such reality, the author takes employment tense situation of land-lost farmers for purpose .on the basis of summarizing the research results which are about employment and land-lost farmers, and in the premise of understanding the basic situation of 13 villages about Qiao Bao Town , selects six typical villages, and with statistical method such as case analysis method and questionnaire survey methods, combining with theory research and empirical research, and analyzes the present employment situation and employment problems of land-lost farmers. Through further analysis , find that the lack of the economic structure in Inner Mongolia, employment placement arrangement, employment training and labour protection which are objective factors affect the land-lost farmers employment, while the subjective factors which are low culture level, skill level and conservative ideas affect land-lost farmers employment. So, adjusting region economic structure actively in Inner Mongolia, improving the land compensation mechanism, enhancing lost-land farmers'culture and skill levels and strengthening the change education of the ideas play an extremely important role for the Qiao Bao Town of land-lost farmers employment.
