Study On Social Security Of The Land-lost Farmers In Bu Chang Town Of Yang Jiang

With the acceleration of the industrialization and urbanization in Yang Jiang,a lot of agricultural lands are expropriated.There is a group named land-lost farmers between the urban area and rural community.The situation of Bu Chang Town is even more serious because it is one of the nearest towns in the city.Some land-lost farmers' comprehensive quality is weak.After expropriating land,a large number of land-lost farmers have become the people who have no land,no work,no guarantee.It causes serious social problem.All of the above not only damages the vital interests of the land-lost farmers,but also affects the reform and development of agriculture and rural area in the new era.At first,this dissertation introduces the present status of research on land-lost farmers' social security at home and abroad.Secondly,it defines the concept and summarizes the related theories of land-lost farmers' social security.Through field research,it comprehensively grasps the overall situation of the land-lost farmers' social security in Bu Chang Town.It summarizes the social security problems of land-lost farmers,and points out the causes of the problems after analyzing the questionnaires collected.And then it compares and analyzes on the typical cases of dealing with the social security of land-lost farmers both at home and abroad.Finally,it proposes some policy suggestions to advance the land-lost farmers' social security of Bu Chang Town.This paper is divided into six parts:Chapter one: Introduction.This chapter explicates the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research.And then,it introduces the content of the study briefly.It also proposes the research ideas,the method of the paper.Chapter two: Defining the concept and summarizing the related theories of land-lost farmers' social security.This part elaborates the conceptions,for example: lands expropriation,the social security of land-lost farmers.Then it explicates the related theories.Chapter three: Analyzing the statuses and problems about the land-lost farmers' social security of Bu Chang Town.Based on the data analysis of the questionnaire of social security for the land-lost farmers of Bu Chang Town,this section details the current situation and existing problems of social security of land-lost farmers.Finally,it expounds the reasons why the interests of land-lost farmers are damaged.Chapter four: Comparing and analyzing on the typical domestic and foreign land-lost farmers' social security patterns.This part analyzes and compares the domestic land-lost farmers' social security systems,such as Ting Hu District's mode in Yan Cheng,Xian Jia Community's mode in Chang Sha.And it also summarizes the foreign countries' systems,such as Palo Artaud's method of America,Isle of four's method of Japan.Chapter five: Proposing some policy suggestions to advance the land-lost farmers' social security of Bu Chang Town.This chapter construes some countermeasures to improve the land-lost farmers' social security of Bu Chang Town in the case of combining the development trend of social security policy,the actual situation of the economic and social development of Bu Chang Town.Chapter six: Conclusion.This section summarizes the full text viewpoints and obtains the conclusion.
