Research On Chinese Automobile Recall System

Defect auto product recall system established in the United States for the first time since 1966, have made great achievements in auto products quality improvement and social traffic safety. Other countries also established auto recall systems emulate America, such as Japan, the European Union, Australia and China etc. China issued "Defected Auto Product Recall Administration Regulation" on March 15,2004,but as the auto industry development and improvement of the consumer's consciousness, defects has gradually exposed, China in auto recall aspect is facing more and more pressure as the largest automobile output country in the world, the voice of calling for Perfecting this regulation becomes much louder.This paper takes the Chinese auto recall system as the research object, through introducing the United States, Japan and China's auto recall system from legislative, management, technical and implementation level, summarizes the characteristics of all auto recall systems, and finds defects of Chinese auto recall system.Through statisticsing seven years of auto recall cases from recall groups, defect assembly and recall ratio since "Defected Auto Product Recall Administration Regulation" issued, provide data support for the improvement measures proposed in order to perfect auto recall system.Models the auto recall as an incomplete information under dynamic gambling process including government, manufacturer and consumer using game theory, analysis three game subjects'behavior selection features through solving the Nash equilibriums under mixed strategy, provides the improvement measures with academic basis; The last part puts forward improvement measures.
