With the continuousimprovement of quality of life, consumer demands for the quality of automobile is also growwith each passing day, the enterprise or neglect or slow attitude is no longer a modernChinese consumers. The practice shows that the treatment of their own quality problemsseriously only, the initiative for consumers to consider the automobile enterprises to create agood reputation, to establish a strong brand image, to obtain long-term development.In this paper, using the research methods of literature, expert interview, logic analysis,on the basis of comparative analysis of domestic and foreign laws and regulations about thedefective automobile products recall the development process of China’s car prices, the recallmanagement system to carry on the analysis, pointed out the existing problems such as thetraditional system in the defects of the system of law has not been perfect car, the lack ofstandards and independent the certification body, corporate social responsibility is still needsto be strengthened, management mechanism failed to play an effective role, the influence ofthe new laws and regulations and the Internet technology, put forward the improvement ofexisting car recall management system strategy and a domestic enterprise as an exampleapplication, we hope to other car companies of our country to establish and perfect thedefective automobile products recall management system in accordance with the law toprovide reference.
