Research On Operational Efficiency Of Highway Coporation

In recent years, as China's "National Expressway Network Plan" was released and the increase in highway mileage, highway management has attracted increasing attention. With the era of global competition, highway is increasingly in complex business environment. How to enhance the overall level of highway management and improve the profitability of the highway is a highway urgent problem for enterprise development. Every enterprise wants to maintain the sustainable development highway capacity, which key is to enhance the operational efficiency of them. Based on this, this thesis attempts to analyze the status of national highways on the basis of business on the management of highways and to make some suggestions, to give some ideas on the development of highway business.The thesis discusses the significance and the main content of highway business efficiency, and reviews comprehensively the domestic and international researches on the business efficiency, and sums up the scholars' points and conclusions about business efficiency. The thesis adheres to the view of the ratio of actual output and input as efficiency proved by Cooper, and insists that the efficiency can be divided into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, as an important reference for this thesis. And the thesis outlines the relevant theory, such as the main highway management theory, the efficiency of development of the theory, the impact of factors operating efficiency, business efficiency and highway efficiency calculation methods and models.Using data envelopment analysis, combining with the characteristics of enterprises and learning from highway camel idea evaluation system, the thesis establishes the appropriate input and output index system. About the modernization development goals of listed companies under the highway business, listing the 14 Highway company's operating efficiency and comparative analysis of horizontal, continuous analysis and decision making unit of the specific analysis, only four of Highway 14 enterprises achieve a valid state in operating efficiency for three consecutive years, as well as the efficiency of most enterprises is relatively ineffective state. So, the operating efficiency of Highway Company is low, and there is room to improve it can be concluded.After the analysis, to understand the current situation to a certain extent of the domestic highway business enterprises, to analyze deeply the factors investment position, earnings, management and other highway business efficiency.Finally, based on the analysis, and combined with practical, the thesis puts forward some specific measures and suggestions, including that using various means to further enhance the highway enterprise revenue, increasing the cost management and optimizing the structure of corporate governance.
