The Research On Evaluation Of Operational Efficiency In Chinese Listed Logistics Enterprise Based On PCA And DEA

With many related policies making,Logistics is more and more active and important in the market economy. As a kind of large compound service industry,the logistics which is a basic industry support the development of national economy and is of great significance to promote industrial structure adjustment and shift the economic development mode.As a result,optimizing the resources distribution of logistics industry and evaluating the operating efficiency of the logistics industry comprehensively and scientificly is very important to guarantee the healthy development of the logistics industry.Through the analysis about the management efficiency of the logistics industry can help enterprises to know and solve the problems in the process of operation.Firstly,the article compares and analyzes several main methods of comprehensive efficiency evaluation.Then,according to the logistics enterprise features and development situation, this article selects the PCA-DEA model(principal component analysis and data envelopment analysis) to study the efficiency of the china listed logistics. Next, based on the index system construction principles and some efficiency evaluation index systems about logistics enterprises previous scholars have built, the article selects the 13 evaluation indexes from the level of the cost, operating,Profit margins and employees, and based on certain principles,all of these indicators are divided into the input and output index,then, this article builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of logistics enterprise operation efficiency.After that,it builds a efficiency evaluation model and puts forward the PCA-DEA model detailed evaluation steps.Finally, this article collects data on 27 listed logistics enterprises anduse the SPSS software to analysis data.PCA model extract respectively the input index and output index principal components to use DEA. According to the results of DEA, it analyzes the results from different aspects and puts forward advisory modification proposals for the DEA invalid corporate.The results showed,management efficiency differences of the logistics industry in our country are in increasing,but most enterprises is in increasing return of scale,This shows logistics industry in our country has great development space.At the end,along with the development of the logistics,this paper puts forward the policy Suggestions from the macro level.
