Study On The Location Of The Automobile Parts Distribution Center

This paper concentrate on the location of the parts distribution center of optimization problems of the China's automobile manufacturing enterprise.Firstly This paper introduces the current research status of location,norm knowledge of the auto parts logistics, automobile logistics of Domestic and foreign,the reason why auto parts distribution center develop,the distribution center function characteristics at present,and so on.Then we abstract problem of the parts distribution center location as makers, distribution center and parts suppliers three levels parts.By the comprehensive comparison of the model and method of location advantages and disadvantages. Secondly proposed bi-level programming model foundation which can reflect the overall structure of the problem. The upper model is distribution center decision-makers and the lower model is supplier, their relation is conflicting and interrelationship.Solving a bi-level programming is NP problem, cannot use common polynomial to solve it. While genetic algorithm for mature solution and simple operation characteristic,used for solving bi-level programming Combined with the example.In oder to finish it we use MATLAB genetic toolbox, compile fitness function and, invoked the genetic algorithm.At last results verify the validity of the established model.Conclusions for distribution center location plays a role in the reference.
