The huge market of automobile demand has driven the development of auto parts market.However,the auto industry has encountered two competitive pressures from home and abroad in China.“Logistics is the third source of profits”,auto parts supply logistics has attracted great attention.Introducing VMI into auto parts supply logistics system,also puts forward new requirements for auto parts supply logistics system.Therefore,it is necessary to study the auto parts supply logistics system after introducing VMI from the system point of view,in order to reduce the production and operation cost of the automobile industry supply chain,and find a new breakthrough to improve the competitiveness of automobile production enterprises.This paper summarizes the previous achievement,and than researches the mode of auto parts supply logistics and the optimization of auto parts supply logistics system based on VMI.Considering synthetically three important problems on distribution center location,inventory strategy and routing selection,an integrated optimization model is proposed,which includes distribution center location,inventory control strategy selection and distribution route arrangement,and designs a two-stage genetic algorithm to solve the optimization model which is constructed in the third chapter.Finally,a practical case is proposed to verify the validity of the model and the rationality of the algorithm.This article mainly through the following four parts to explore the mode of auto parts supply logistics and the optimization of auto parts supply logistics system based on VMI.The details are as follows: The first part is based on the development of domestic auto parts industry to study the problems which exist in the auto parts supply logistics,combines the related theoretical research achievements and a few enterprises' cases in some industries,proposes to introduce VMI into the auto parts supply logistics system.The second part analyzes the effects of the introduction of VMI on the model ofauto parts supply logistics,will also put forward new requirements,which include distribution center location,inventory control strategy selection and distribution route arrangement of auto parts.The third part explores the optimization of auto parts supply logistics system in VMI mode,and structures an integrated optimization model,which includes distribution center location,inventory control strategy selection and distribution route arrangement.The fourth part designs a two-stage genetic algorithm to solve the model in this paper.Finally,by an actual operation of the enterprise to verify the total cost of supply logistics has been significantly reduced after optimization.
