| The rapid growth of high-tech enterprises relate development of a national science and economic in a long-term. So the growth of high-tech enterprises had carried out by research with the growing attention by academic. If different perspective on the growth of high-tech enterprises studied had taken, the conclusion is often not the same. The purpose of this paper is to present the growth of high-tech listed company's evaluation and classification. Starting point for research is the financial indicators of high-tech enterprise. Research method is empirical research.In this paper, the research based on 110 high-tech listed companies of 2000-2009 financial data in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets. First, use the factor analysis method to the variety of high-tech listed company's financial data for analysis the growth, extracted from the five affect factors of the ability of growth, ability of these five factors were: profitability, pay capabilities, operations, innovation and expansion capabilities. Through the method of mathematical statistics listed high-tech enterprise which five kinds of ability scores and evaluation of there business growth score, and study these five kinds of capacity factor in the high-tech listed company's growth evaluation with the different importance. Secondly, according to the results obtained by factor analysis, use the high-tech listed company's five kinds of ability factor as a variable, use the cluster analysis methods clustered analysis the high-tech of listed companies type of growth, get 5 kinds of high-tech company growth model, namely:profit-debt growth, expansion growth, operations-pay growth, innovation and operations ability growth, profitability growth alone. Finally, in order to promote China's high-tech listed company's growth and development, with the five growth mode derived from cluster analysis to high-tech listed companies, take some specific policy and management to high-tech enterprise. |
