The Efficiency Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei High-tech Industry Clusters On Regional Economic Growth Analysis

With the continuous development of high-tech industries,the phenomena of regional clusters have become prominent,and high-tech industrial cluster has become an important engine to promote economic growth.This paper takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as research object,and takes the influence of high-tech industrial clusters on economic growth as the main line,by means of regression analysis.The result shows that high-tech industrial clusters have a positive effect on the economic growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.According to the analysis results to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,the the relevant literature of industrial clusters and economic growth is introduced,and the theory of industrial clusters and economic growth and the influence of industrial clusters on economic growth are elaborated in detail.Secondly,taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the research object,this paper analyzes the cluster of high-tech industries and the economic growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and uses the location entropy index to measure the high-tech industries cluster concentration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The results show the phenomena of cluster in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.However,the cluster level shows a tendency of slow decline.By analyzing the ratio of the total GDP of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to the national average and the ratio of GDP per capita to the national per capita GDP,the level of economic growth in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei also shows a downward trend.Again,select indicators that reflect the level of high-tech industrial clusters,and then use the factor analysis to reduce the dimension of the indicators,finally select the scale economic factor and technical human factor as the common factor,and carry on the regression analysis with the regional economic growth index.After analysis,it is found that the scale economic factor can promote the economic growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and the technical human factor can not function well.Finally,combining the empirical results of high-tech industrial clusters on economic growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,suggestions are put forward from the three dimensions of government,industry and enterprises for the further development of high-tech industrialclusters in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei so that high-tech industrial clusters can promote the economy growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebe.
