A Study Of High-income Of The Monopoly Industries In China

With the gradually deep opening and reform and the establishment of the socialist market economy, China's national economy has got the sustained and rapid development, and the people's living standard and life quality have been greatly improved. The annual per capita income of urban households reached 21033 yuan in 2010, a year-on-year growth 11.5 per cent. At present, our country's economic and social development has entered the"development gold period"and"contradictory highlights period". China's pattern of income distribution has been greatly changed and the income gap has expanded. The high-income of monopoly industries problem has became the focus of social contradictions, causing the focus of the society and becoming a hot theory issue. The lasting huge income gap between monopoly industries and not monopoly industries severely affected the social justice and efficiency of our country, making social contradictions deepen, threatening further construction of the harmonious society. The high income of monopoly industries is obtained by the high monopoly profits on administrative monopoly, against the principle of distribution according to work and factor of production . In recent years calls for changing the situation of monopoly industries'high income have been increasing, which expresses the public's mightiness disaffection on the unreasonable high-income. Therefore, the study of monopoly industries'high income problem has important theoretical significance and practical significance .At present , there are many research achievements on the high income problem of monopoly industries , but most of them are superficial and in-depth and lacks of definition of monopoly industries ,besides, the empirical researches on income lack of scientific comparative methods, resulting in the systematic and tightly logic research achievements relatively scarce .This paper tries to take it as the breakthrough point, define the monopoly industries, and obtain the specific category of monopoly industries through four indicators. In research of the situation of monopoly industries'high income, nine monopoly industries are packed into one group compared with another monopoly industry group, and Tal index is introduced to calculate the influence between the two large groups'salary gap . In research of the reasons for monopoly industries'high income, this paper begins from the formation mechanism of monopoly industries'high income , and divides the reason for monopoly industries'high income problem into direct reason, indirect cause and root causes , and gives a logic analysis framework . In research of the countermeasures to monopoly industries'high income , this paper argues that it should be addressed both the symptoms and root causes from distribution system, market structure, system of ownership, government regulation and interest groups and put forward some corresponding suggestions, which makes the study more in line with the requirements of modern economics.The paper is divided into 4 chapters. Chapter 1: domestic and international theory research reviews on high income problem of monopoly industries. It mainly includes two parts .One is about foreign scholars'economic theory research reviews on monopoly industries'income and the other is about domestic scholars'theory research reviews on the present situation reason and governance of high income. Chapter 2 refers to the present situation and its influence of Chinese monopoly industry'high income, mainly including three parts , the definition and categories ,the current situation and the effects resulting from the problems of monopoly industries'high income. Chapter 3, the reasons of Chinese monopoly industries'high income , mainly includes three parts: direct reason, indirect cause and root cause of Chinese monopoly industries'high income. It is based on the formation mechanism of Chinese monopoly industries'high income, layer upon layer analyses the reasons of Chinese monopoly industries'high income, and gives a logic analysis framework. Chapter 4 discusses the management countermeasures and suggestions to Chinese monopoly industries'high income problem. This paper argues that it should be treated both principal and secondary aspect of disease from distribution system, market structure, system of ownership, government regulation and interest groups and put forward some corresponding suggestions.
