With the development of the times, the research of turnover intention of employees is emerging in large numbers, including research for new employees is an important part. We enter the 21st century, at the same time, 80's generation new employee have boarded the stage of history and career. They abandon one occupation in favour of another f continually. These have attracted the attention of enterprise. So it is important and urgent to study on employee turnover intention.This article use the train of thought summed up by our predecessors and conduct a comprehensive study of character of 80's generation new employee upon the organizational commitment. On the basis of our predecessors'turnover intention model, this article set up a model about turnover intention. Then imitate the mature scale of organizational commitment and turnover intention, this article developed a questionnaire. After that, the author conducted a reliability and validity testing and carry out extensive surveys. Finally, author corrected the model.One of the studies is that this article does a comprehensive analysis of the character of 80's generation new employee. Secondly, this article study the difference of Turnover Intention of 80's generation new employee from theirs'sex, age, marriage, educational background, company ownership, years of working and level of income. Thirdly, this article use correlation analysis between organizational commitment and turnover intention of 80's generation new employee. Then, this article use preparative analysis between organizational commitment and turnover intention of 80's generation new employee. Fourthly, this article set up a model of influence factor about turnover intention of 80's generation new employee. Finally, based on the above-mentioned study, this article made some suggestions to manage 80's generation new employee and reduce theirs turnover rate.Finally, this paper outlines the major conclusions of the study, point out that the major theoretical and practical significance, meanwhile analyze existing limitations of the content and methods of the existing limitations, as well as the direction of follow-up study.
