Organizational citizenship behavior has always been the hot issue in the field of organizational behavior.Most of the research focus on the positive aspect of Organization citizenship behavior.,Scholars through empirical study found that organizational citizenship behavior is benefit for Job performance,organizational atmosphere and organizational commitment.But with the in-depth studies of Organization citizenship behavior,scholars find that staff to show organizational citizenship behavior may be under the pressure of leadership and colleagues,or the purpose of self-interest.Scholars called it the Compulsory citizenship behavior.Scholars through empirical study showed that Compulsory citizenship behavior.Behavior exist in the organization,and harmful to the organization and its employees.With the development of the times,the new generation employee gradually join the work,and become the main force in the workplace.Due to the social and educational background,the new generation of employees different from the older generation of employees on psychology and behavior.Conclusion of previous research on compulsory citizenship behavior is applicable to the new generation employees need to be investigated.This paper aims to study the effects of the new generation employee's compulsory organizational citizenship behavior on turnover intention.The previous research of compulsory citizenship behavior are focus on the effect of compulsory citizenship behavior on job performance,job burnout.Few study concern the Influence on the turnover.This paper attempts to explore the effect of new generation employee's compulsory citizenship behavior on turnover intention,and introduce the role stress and organizational commitment as mediating variables,build a dual pathway model,and explore the moderating effect of job embeddedness.Hope to understand the influence path of the compulsory citizenship behavior on turnover intentionThe empirical results show that the new generation employee's compulsory citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on turnover intention.Role stress and organizational commitment plays a mediating variables in the relationship between compulsory citizenship behavior and turnover intention.Role stress and organizational commitment plays a multiple-step multiple mediating variables between compulsory citizenship behavior and turnover intention.Job embeddedness play a moderating variable between the role stress and turnover intention,and job embeddedness moderate the mediating effect of the role stress.
