The new-generation group,growing up as the improvement of Socialist market economy system,is the genuine "generation of the market economy".They are more open,liberal,and democratic,with their values more pluralistic.In the meantime,the new-generation has been gradually stepping into the career path for a long time,becoming an important part of all company employees.Their specific personalities and demands,with various problems caused by them,brought new challenges to Chinese company human resources management.A large number of research data showed that the value orientation of the new-generation company employees is tremendously different with their last generation,which highlighted the problem of high-turnover-rate of Chinese new generation company employees.According to the foreign and native researches,many researchers have been studying the factors of Turnover Intention deeply from different dimensions and angles since it was raised.But researches from the value orientation angle were rare to see.This article seized the characteristics of new generation growing in the different and new times,studying the Turnover Intentions of them from the value orientation perspective,hoping to enrich the cognition of the personal factors in antecedent variables of Turnover Intention,and to usefully inspire the modern company human resource management.This article focused on the new generation company employees,aiming to analyze the influence of value orientation on Turnover Intention,and to discuss the mediating effect of organizational commitment and the moderating effect of different style of leadership in this process.This article investigated the new generation employees and collected 277 valid questionnaires,using SPSS20.0 and AMOS24.0 software to analyze the data collected.Finally,this article came to these five conclusions:1.Individualism dimension of value orientation of new generation employees obviously affects dismission tendency.2.Individualism and collectivism dimension of value orientation of new generation employees is obviously related to organizational commitment.3.Organizational commitment is obviously related to dismission tendency.4.Organizational commitment plays a completely mediating role in the relationship between individualism dimension of value orientation and Turnover Intention.5.The style of leadership plays a completely moderating role between the individual dimension of value orientation and Turnover Intention...
