With the developing of information age, more and more workers begin to use the computer network to work at home, which means remote office. Work has walked into the home. It appears to the trend of integration between work and family. Correspond with this management practice, the scholars get more interested in another form of work and family relationships, which is work and family facilatation.Based on the resource theory, organizational support theory and ecosystem theory, According to the definition of work-family facilitation, the study constructed the model of work and family facilitation under the role of the support resources. The model includes four parts, which is antecedent variables of support resources, work and family facilation double-sided, consequence variables with employee's attitude, and moderation of affectivity. First of all, according to Resource Theory, starting from the resource enhancement hypothesis, support resources which include organizational support resources and family support resources, is choosen as antecedent variables of Work-family facilitation. Consequence variables include the results of job satisfaction, organizational affective commitment and turnover intention emotion. In addition, with the method of factor analysis, moderated multiple regression analysiss and adjusting statistical methods such as structural equation models, the study extracted the antecedents of support resources and the relevant consequence variables with employee's attitude, from an empirical point of view, and verified the hypothesized relationships under the framework system.This study conducted a survey of 400 employees in manufacturing enterprises of China. Through the analysis of survey data, the study constructed constitution dimension of work-family facilitation under support resource. The constitution dimensions include work-family emotion facilitation, work-family resources facilatation, family-work affective facilitation, and family-work effciency facilatation. Affective as a moderative variable has an important impact on the relation, this is between the four constitue dimesion of work-family facilitation under the role of support resources and outcome variables. Moreover, work and family affective facilation double-sided, family-work efficiency facilation have significance relation with job satisfaction, organizational affective commitment, intention to leave. Afeective has a significant moderate role on the relation between work and family facilation double-sided under resources and consequence variables.The model had been constructed by this study, provided a "resource" perspective to knowledge the mechanism of work and family facilitation. In this framework system, enterprise should pay more attention on getting access to suppott resource and affectivity management to promote strategies. According to the varies of influences from different support resources to internal elements of work ang family facilitation, combined with the principle of affectivity regulation, enterprise can promote a more targeted strategy to help increasing the capacity to balance work and family.
