In recent years, with large-scale of women entered labor market, the amount of dual-earner-family increased. Individuals play a more complex role than before in the social life, and their competition for limited resources makes Work-Family Conflict more apparent. However, from positive perspective, experience and skills that individuals obtained from one role could flow to other roles, therefore generate the facilitation between domains, which gives theoretical foundation of Work-Family Facilitation(WFF). Currently, theoretical and empirical research of this area is not sufficient and need to be expanded and improved.The main purpose of this research is generalizing the research progress of work-family facilitation, and analyze the current WFF status of our samples. Furthermore, this research will try to explore the structural relationship between WFF’s overall-level and dimensional-level, and the existence of moderate effect in this progress which caused by Perceived-Organizational-Support(POS).This research includes both qualitative and quantitative research method:summarize the research progress through literature, and obtain current WFF status data through survey. On this basis, we can build a Structural Equation Model of WFF includes its overall-level and dimensional-level, and analyze the moderate effect mentioned earlier.The main conclusion of this research are as followed:(1)No matter in work or family domain, the most significant effect comes from positive-emotional dimension.(2) No matter in work or family domain, flexible-resource dimension is at the lowest level.(3)When facing different dimensions, the moderate effect generated by POS will exhibit opposite direction.(4) When workplace type is different, POS will generate moderate effect on different dimensions.
