| Against growing economic globalization, trade, technique exchanges and labor cooperation between different countries and regions have become more and more frequent. More and more international engineering companies have gone abroad and entered the oversea market to seek for much broader development. As the beginning of carrying out international management, selecting an appropriate market entry mode can not only improve the performance of international engineering company on the target market, but sometimes also affect the overall process of internationalization of the company.This thesis starts with the general theory of enterprise globalization. Then taking the international engineering companies as research objects, considering the project management features of the international engineering companies, it teases out 10 kinds of commonly used basic oversea markets enter modes. After that the thesis analyzes different characters and internal properties of these modes, identifies factors that affect the selection of oversea market entry mode from the perspective of subject, object and environment, and categorize all these factors into three types, namely, enterprise capabilities, host country market factors and external environmental factors (including home country environment, host country investment environment and home-host country relationship). Finally, AHP-Delphi method is used to help international engineering companies'managers make decisions. The oversea market entry mode of international engineering company is not unchanged; actually, it needs dynamic and continuous adjustment according to the company's performance on oversea markets to adapt to the international management. |
