Research On Transmission Line Optimization Of The Bill Distribution Networking

With the great development of logistics, Bill Logistics has been paid more attention by insider of logistics. Bill Logistics is the process of business activities which is in the form of kinds of bills and documents by using contemporary theory and technology. Bill Logistics is based on integration, high efficiency, specialization and information through extending value-adding functions involved delivery, bills arrangement, functional image, warehousing and query, which depends on the system of city express and face financial industry, enterprise and state organs. During the daily work of the financial industry, there are so many bills and documents which need to be sent to fixed department in order to meet the need for process. Because the amount of bill is too much and the demand for safety and timeliness is high, the advanced bill logistics network instead of traditional network has to come out to insure bill sent quickly, enterprise operating efficiently and customer service offered high-qualitative. In view of that, this paper will conduct research on the transmission line optimization in the bill logistics network according to its present situation and characters.First, this thesis makes a deep analysis of the present situation, characters and the operation mode of the bill logistics network, this paper presents a planning system and methodology of the bill logistics network.Secondly, make the analysis of the related factors and standard of distribution region division.Thirdly, this paper presents a optimization model of itinerant transmission line based on the amount of delivery, the frequency of delivery, time window of delivery and business and transportation mode and research the optimization scheme through the abstract of the network system, modeling and study on the heuristic algorithm. Last, with the background of bill logistics enterprise, this paper conducts research on the empirical study which is on the optimization of finance bill logistics network.In a word, this paper conducts a deep research and makes a great progress on which involves itinerant transmission line optimization. All the models, theory and methods will promote the progress of the research field of finance bill logistics and offer a higher technology and theory platform for related researcher.
