In the context of science and technology globalization, multinational companies'R & D resources to compete has played a huge role in promoting the developing countries access to the high-tech transfers to realize upgrading of domestic industries. Enterprises in many developing countries, are also engaged in technology acquisition-oriented foreign direct investment actively, with a view to a change the way of domestic production and the level of technology. The rearch of reverse technology spillover effects for developing countries'foreign direct investment is a relatively new topic in International Economics study, and also a most noteworthy effect of Chinese enterprises "going out" .This paper first analyzes the theoretical aspects of the status and motivations of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment , then selected China's national and regional data of foreign direct investment in 10 years from1985 to 2007, and used empirical test the effect of technology spillover of the reverse acquisition for China's foreign direct investment then analysis, concluded that Chinese enterprises'foreign direct investment increased domestic productivity at a effective way.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter described the existing research on the theoretical analysis and empirical tests of reverse technology spillover effects for foreign direct investment in domestic and in literature, mainly from the motives of foreign direct investment and whether or not access to reverse technology spillovers elaboration; The second chapter analyzes Chinese foreign direct investment the current situation and its characteristics, the investment area, investors, investment ways and investment industry, thus summed up that more and more Chinese enterprises foreign direct investment is tend to get reverse spillover effects; The third chapter mainly analyzes the qualifications for Chinese to access to reverse technology spillover effects from foreign direct investment, as well as the means to get this effects, and the remaining problems for Chinese to solve; The forth chapter reference L-P, C-H model, used model to test the 10 major destination countries country-specific effects of Chinese foreign direct investment from1985 to 2007 , the results showed that Chinese foreign direct investment promoted the domestic total factor productivity, therefore, concluded that through foreign direct investment to access to high technology is a better way to promote domestic industries'upgrade of the effects already being felt; with the positive test results of Chapter four the fifth Chapter promoted some policy recommendations for Chinese foreign investment to get reverse technology spillover effects . The Sixth Section set out the inadequacies of this study and the go on study at this topic.
