Research On The Venture Risk Of Chinese Biological Medicine Industry

As a new investment style, Venture Capital joins the capital, technology and management together. In the medicine industry, it is clearly showed by the emergency and development of modern pharmacy industry and the markedly improved role of the bio-pharmacy industry in the whole medicine industry. In order to push up the development of bio-pharmacy industry, some necessary sustaining tactics and the assistance of tools system are badly needed. From this aspect, investment, usually in large number and high risk of hi-tech (especially in technological innovation and industrialization) is important for the development of medicine industry. Whether the risk investment system has been perfected or not, the level of its development has become an important factor affecting the development of the hitech industry including bio-pharmacy production industry. This is also the starting-point of the study in this article and the basic theory point of discussing problem.In this paper, firstly it introduces the development of the venture capital, including the concept, characteristic, operation process and effect of the venture capital. Then it studies the methods of risk assessment. It introduces the method of AHP and fuzzy evaluation and the step of using them. In the third chapter it analyzes risk factors affecting venture capital, including entrepreneurs, technology, market, running and environment. Then on the grounds of the risk factors it establishes the :assessment indicator system. Lastly, this paper puts forwards some suggestiones for the VC company to invest in medicine industry based on the case of QILI medicine CO.
