Spatial Statistics , a new extended direction. which began with the 1970s last century,is one of the 21st century frontier science.Spatial Statistics study was originally developedby the GIS, and spatial data of Spatial Statistical study is not independent compared withthe classical statistical analysis. One of the main features of Spatial Statistics is embodiedin space. Because human activities in the reality are carrying on, always within a placeSpatial statistics is a method of study of space considerations into the problem, whichreflects the properties of spatial correlation between the Indexes values . peasants incomeare the core of new rural, not only is it comprehensive reflection of agriculture and ruraleconomic development ,but also is contact with the sustainable development of ruraleconomy and the social stability. Therefore, ways to study increase income of farmers ispractically significant. Besides, because the imbalance of regional economic developmentin China, there are significant regional difference of rural per capita net income. Anempirical analysis with Spatial Statistical methods provide the decision support fornational and regional authorities to establish specific measures to increase the income ofChinese farmers. In this paper, by the use of spatial statistical analysis, we study quantitativelyinteractive mechanism and decision factors among the peasants income in the provinces, urbanization, and development level of regional economic. As follows:One, we give Space data sampling method, because the the data of spatial statisticalanalysis has the spatial correlation and has its own reason in the acquisition process. sospatial data sampling should have own unique way. This paper prviode some availablesampling method for some workersTwo,Spatial statistics Moran's I index is introduced firstly, testing whether there isspatial autocorrelation among the peasants income of 31 province in China or not. If there is spatial correlation, spatial statistics analysis is used, otherwise, traditional statisticalanalysis is used.Three, last, by the introduction of the spatial linear model income of farmersandSpatial Econometric Analysis ,we explore reason of peasants income. Being based onspatial statistics data in each province shows that the spatial dependence relationshipbetween peasants income and conomic development level is statistically significant. Thisshows that the level of economic development is animportant factor on affecting incomeofpeasants.
