The global economy has entered a rapid development era of intense competition and improve core competitiveness, companies in an invincible position in the competition, is placed in front of each business imperative. Enterprise information construction is inevitable. In this paper, the company ERP implementation, Shenzhen MD case for the ERP implementation should be made against the background of attention, and for the electronic components industry analysis, proposed implementation of the ERP industry management recommendations.This paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese enterprises to implement ERP and problems, review research and practice at home and abroad, and thus determine the contents and methods of the study. Second, use case descriptions, details of the MD's basic situation and characteristics of enterprise business model and pointed out the problems faced by enterprise management, indicating the reasons for the implementation of ERP, then details the purchase ERP company's MD process.
