Because of the uncertainty of production, such as the equipment failure rate and the product qualification rate, the production capacity is difficult to be predicted accurately, and then it has brought the huge challenge to the production planning. In this case, how to make a reasonable capacity balancing strategy, and make the production plan to achieve the purpose of production equilibrium, is the problem that the current electronic components enterprises need to solve. Based on the lateral issues of “The ERP System Development of Leshan S Enterprise”, the thesis is focused on the modeling study of the electronic components manufacturing enterprises production planning based on the uncertain capacity balancing. For the approximation problem of the uncertain production capacity function, the fuzzy system controllers designing are usually used to solve the problem, but the efficiency is lower. In the thesis, a new method was proposed to speed up the approximation of the uncertain function by using ANN. The validity and feasibility of the method were verified by the software simulation. Then, the production planning model was established based on the model of the capacity balancing. The hybrid intelligent algorithm was designed to solve the production planning model. The algorithm was finally verified by a numerical example.Firstly, according to the characteristics of the electronic components business and production capacity balancing theory, production capacity balancing mathematical model was established by combining with TOC. The approximation problem of the uncertain production capacity function was solved by using ANN. Then, the model was solved by combining the heuristic algorithm, verified through a specific example of algorithm which proved the accuracy of the model and the algorithm.Secondly, combined with the basic theory of the production plan, the production plan problems of the electronic components manufacturing enterprises were descripted and analyzed. Based on the determination of objective function and the constraint conditions, the production planning model was established. The different characteristics and applications of artificial intelligence algorithm were analyzed, the hybrid intelligent algorithm for the electronic components production planning was designed, and the design idea and the implementation steps of algorithm were expounded.Finally, based on the balance capacity, the electronic components manufacturing enterprises production planning system was designed.Compared with the traditional capacity balance method, the capacity balance method in this thesis gives full consideration to the uncertain properties of the capacity. An approximation method of the uncertain functions based on ANN was proposed, that accelerated the approximation efficiency. A hybrid intelligent algorithm was designed for the production planning model based on the uncertain environment of the production capacity, which solved the problem of the production equilibrium effectively.
